If you received a Warranty card:

Your Warranty # is located under the barcode.

If you received an email:

You can find your Warranty # in the body of the email.

If you received a letter:

You can find your Warranty # in the body of the letter.

If you purchased a warranty from InMotion/SoundBalance/Airport store - https://www.cpscentral.com/img/ 

 

If you are unsure of your CPS warranty (or membership ID) #, the best way to locate it is to contact the store that sold you the covered product.  They should have the number on file and can easily provide it to you :)
