What is included within this coverage?
- Protection for internal hardware failure
- Protection for non-intentional accidental damage
- International Coverage – No matter where the customer is in the world, they are protected
- At time of claim, instead of repairing the customer’s product, CPS will replace the product with a check for the retail cost paid for the product (less shipping/tax)
What is not included within this coverage?
- Lost/stolen products
- Accidental damage due to full water submersion, gross misuse, intentional damage
- Shipping fees to the salvage facility at time of claim
- Repairs, this plan will provide a replacement check only
- Claims that occur within the first 30 days of product purchase
