What is included within this coverage?

  • Protection for internal hardware failure
  • Protection for non-intentional accidental damage
  • International Coverage – No matter where the customer is in the world, they are protected
  • At time of claim, instead of repairing the customer’s product, CPS will replace the product with a check for the retail cost paid for the product (less shipping/tax)

What is not included within this coverage?

  • Lost/stolen products
  • Accidental damage due to full water submersion, gross misuse, intentional damage
  • Shipping fees to the salvage facility at time of claim
  • Repairs, this plan will provide a replacement check only
  • Claims that occur within the first 30 days of product purchase
