What is included within this coverage?

  • Protection for internal hardware failure
  • Protection for non-intentional accidental damage
  • International Coverage – No matter where the customer is in the world, they are protected
  • Prepaid Shipping – Free shipping labels to and from the repair center at time of claim (contiguous US only)
  • Full product repairs
  • If the product cannot be repaired, CPS will replace it with a check for the original retail cost of the product (less shipping/tax)

What is not included within this coverage?

  • Lost/stolen products
  • Accidental damage due to full water submersion, gross misuse, intentional damage
  • Automatic replacement, CPS must attempt the repair first
  • If the customer is outside of the contiguous US, a free label will not be provided at time of claim
  • Claims that occur within the first 30 days of product purchase
