What is included within this coverage?
- Protection for internal hardware failure
- Protection for non-intentional accidental damage
- International Coverage – No matter where the customer is in the world, they are protected
- Prepaid Shipping – Free shipping labels to and from the repair center at time of claim (contiguous US only)
- Full product repairs
- If the product cannot be repaired, CPS will replace it with a check for the original retail cost of the product (less shipping/tax)
What is not included within this coverage?
- Lost/stolen products
- Accidental damage due to full water submersion, gross misuse, intentional damage
- Automatic replacement, CPS must attempt the repair first
- If the customer is outside of the contiguous US, a free label will not be provided at time of claim
- Claims that occur within the first 30 days of product purchase
