At time of claim, CPS will ask you to provide us with copies of the vouchers for your product purchase and warranty purchase. These vouchers act as the proof of purchase for your warranty plan.

  • You can find Groupon vouchers by going to the "My Groupons" page on Groupon at https://www.groupon.com/mygroupons 
  • Click “View Voucher" to access your Groupon vouchers for your product and warranty  
  • Please save/print the pages for the product and warranty as a PDF, and send to CPS at cs@cpscentral.com 

Please note - sometimes the Product and Warranty are located on one receipt.  If that is the case, simply send us a copy of the receipt by forwarding us the email or PDF to cs@cpscentral.com 

 

You can upload the files in advance:

  • Log in to your CPS account at www.cpscentral.com/client 
  • Click on the warranty #
  • On the bottom left of the page, under the Files section, click "Add File"
