For plans that do not have the Prepaid option included, you would be responsible for the cost of shipping in the event that your item needs to be shipped.
If your warranty includes Prepaid Shipping, and you are located within the contiguous US, CPS will provide you with a free shipping label to mail your product in for repair. Return shipping fees will be covered by CPS.
Unfortunately CPS does not provide the Prepaid option to customers located outside of the contiguous US.
The Prepaid option does not include packaging materials for sending the product to your local service center.
